Johnny is a Public Accountant graduated from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela. He has over 30 years of experience in service and manufacturing companies in the Administration, Accounting and Finance areas, leading the implementation of administrative and financial systems and restructuring of the accounting department. In January 2009, he joined ALTA as head of Administration and Finance with the objective of preparing the financial statements and responsible for the external audit, updating internal procedures, controlling assets and coordinating IT services and maintenance, providing forecasting and financial reporting to drive current and long-term profitability.
For 31 years, Corrieri served as an officer in the Brazilian Army, having reached the rank of Colonel. In the Army, he specialized as a helicopter pilot, in aircraft accident investigation and prevention, and held a master’s degree in Military Sciences.
He was a UN Military Observer in Sudan, worked in the Army Commission in Washington, USA, and crowned his military career commanding the Presidential Guard Battalion, in Brasilia. In the corporate world, he was responsible for flight Safety at OMNI Taxi Aéreo, one of the largest offshore operators in Brazil, and held the position of Security manager at Avianca Brasil.

He has led and developed projects across industries such as consumer goods, aviation, oil & gas, technology, and pharmaceuticals, both nationally and internationally. His career has focused on tax design, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, BEPS, and Due Diligence. In the aviation sector, he served as Tax and Planning Director for Avianca Holdings for 5 years and was a member of IATA’s Industry Taxation Working Group for Latin America. He has supported tax authorities in Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, and El Salvador in developing regulations. He holds a degree in Management and Tax Administration from Universidad Externado and has furthered his training with Connected Leadership, Development of Managerial Skills for Team Management, and Business Finance at Yale, Andes, and Javeriana universities.
Nicole is Journalist graduated from Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. She has 8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Cultural Change, CSR and Brand Development.
In March 2018, she joined ALTA as a PR Manager aiming revitalizing the association’s communications strategy, strengthening media presence in the region, leading the production of the ALTA Airline Leaders Forum and developing synergies with member companies’ communications leaders.
Santiago is an Industrial Engineer and Specialist in Negotiation from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia and has extensive experience in the commercial aviation market, particularly in Maintenance and Strategic Aeronautical Supply. For nine years he held various positions at Avianca, becoming Strategic Supply Manager. There he had the opportunity to participate in the negotiation of various strategic contracts for the airline during the post-pandemic restructuring process. He complements his aviation background with more than sixteen years of experience in the performing arts, as well as an interest in social and environmental projects in Latin America.
Milena is an Aeronautical Engineer, Business Intelligence Specialist and Master in TIC from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín with more than 11 years of experience in aviation. She has held positions in maintenance, quality and operations areas, and has extensive knowledge in fuel efficiency management, sustainability, sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), analysis and acquisition of carbon offsets, coordination with stakeholders, as well as management of purchases, negotiations and relationships with fuel suppliers. For eight years she held several positions at Viva and as Head of Fuel she had a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategies for CO2 emissions reduction, SAF, sustainability and comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and fuel consumption.
Juan has a degree in Aviation Business Administration and more than 10 years of experience in market economics, business intelligence and sustainability in the aviation and travel industry. Juan worked 2 years with Airports Council International (ACI), supporting the Economics and Statistics Department and prior to those 10 years with ALTA serving in several roles across the Association including economics, sustainability and fraud prevention.
With more than 27 years of experience, Pamela holds an Executive MBA from the Business School of Universidad Austral. She is a specialist in Public Organization Management, Human and Organizational Factors in Risk Management, and Safety Management in Ultra-safe Systems. She served as President of the Civil Aviation Accident Investigation Board of Argentina (JIAAC) for eight years, Chair of the Executive Committee of the South American Regional Cooperation Mechanism AIG (ARCM) for two terms, and National Coordinator of ICAO’s technical cooperation programs for nine years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was responsible for Human and Financial Resource Management at the Ministry of Health of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, and led the Provincial Patient Safety Culture Program. She has extensive experience in accident investigation and in promoting a strong safety culture.

As part of the fuel team at Viva Air, she led initiatives that resulted in the reduction of CO2 emissions, SAF tracking and fuel efficiency management. Currently, her focus is on developing innovative solutions to promote the circular economy and achieve sustainability objectives through the implementation of key performance indicators and strategic tracking of environmental goals.
Mónica is an Actuary gradute from Facultad de Ciencias of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City. She has participated in projects related to the creation of statistical models of poverty, violence, and inequality. In March 2022 she joined ALTA as a Data Analyst with the responsibilities to create and maintain updated air transportation databases under the constant review of the data published by the corresponding Aviation authorities, responsible for generating data and conjunctural analysis. She is also responsible for providing support in the creation of presentations and reports related to the data obtained and analyzed.
Laura Catalina is a professional in International Business and Marketing with solid experience in the management of economic, social, educational, and environmental projects. She has worked in multicultural and dynamic environments, contributing to the development of strategic partnerships and the implementation of efficient administrative processes.
Over the past five years, she has contributed to the development of high-impact projects within organizations such as USAID, the European Union, Bancamía, and the Corporación Mundial de la Mujer Colombia (CMMC), among others, leading administrative and logistical processes as well as building and strengthening business and institutional relationships.
