Panama, February 2, 2022 – The Latin-American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) is delighted to receive Maluf e Rodrigues Advogados as a new consulting member.

The team has extensive experience in opening and advising international airlines in Brazil and in the preparation and negotiation of air service contracts. Specifically, the services provided by Maluf e Rodrigues Advogados to the aviation sector include participation in the negotiation of international agreements on double taxation, preparation of documentation to authorize a branch in Brazil (including registration of aircraft specifications, insurance and operations), technical monitoring in airports and air operations contracts, development of operational and commercial codeshare contracts (wet lease and dry lease), requests for charter flights (slots, charters, overflights and special operations), as well as guaranteeing that the airlines comply with the procedures and regulations of ANAC and ICAO.
