Panama, July 25, 2024 — GA Telesis, a global leader in commercial aerospace services, proudly announces its acceptance as an affiliate member of the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA). This membership marks a significant milestone in GA Telesis' commitment to strengthening its presence and partnerships within the Latin American and Caribbean aviation market.

ALTA, the leading voice of the airline industry in Latin America and the Caribbean, is dedicated to fostering a safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly aviation sector in the region. Over the past 22 years, GA Telesis has been an industry leader in providing comprehensive aircraft and engine leasing, financing, supply chain, and MRO services globally. GA Telesis' inclusion in ALTA is set to enhance the collaborative efforts within the Altin American region to achieve these goals.

Aeronautical Engineer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, with a distinguished track record in operations optimization and sustainability in the airline and automotive industry. She has a diverse background, with experience  quality assurance and operational management.  As part of the fuel team at Viva Air, she led initiatives that resulted in the reduction of CO2 emissions, SAF tracking and fuel efficiency management. Currently, her focus is on developing innovative solutions to promote the circular economy and achieve sustainability objectives through the implementation of key performance indicators and strategic tracking of environmental goals.
