Argentine law firm Romero Zapiola, Clusellas & Sluga joins as a new ALTA Consulting Member

Panama, November 22, 2023 - The Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) is pleased to announce the joining as a Consultant Member of the well-known law firm Romero Zapiola, Clusellas & Sluga Abogados, based in Buenos Aires.

Founded in 1989, Romero Zapiola, Clusellas & Sluga has distinguished itself by providing legal advice to multinationals on aeronautical, airport, immigration, customs, corporate, tax, foreign exchange, governance, labor and commercial matters, as well as on high-impact transnational transactions in the Region.

The firm specializes in aerocommercial policy, guiding customers in obtaining scheduled and non-scheduled air transport permits, facilitating dialogue and negotiation with local authorities. Its commitment to the development of aerocommercial policy in Argentina has contributed significantly to the growth of the industry both in Argentina and Latin America. On the other hand, they provide comprehensive aeronautical advice to its clients, covering issues such as: aeronautical insurance, aeronautical personnel, aeronautical/airport regulation, strategic analysis of the passenger, cargo and mail aerocommercial market, advice on slots and schedule feasibility, design of aeronautical startups, acquisition, import and registration of aircraft and all those issues that may be of interest and/or need of the customer.
