Requirements

Aviation related airline or organization, including but not limited to information, technology, aircraft manufacturers, aviation related services and/or consultants, among others.

Airline must undergo a Safety Analysis conducted by ALTA.

Financially stable organization with at least one (1) year operations.

Demonstrate genuine interest in working with ALTA members in a transparent and fair manner.

Commitment of at least three (3) years.

Frequent Questions

Yes, only airlines IOSA or ISSA certified that demonstrate genuine interest in actively participating in ALTA initiatives and working with other members are eligible.

Companies must meet the criteria of each membership category and go through an approval process.

The membership fee is variable between each category.

ALTA’s accounting period begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. If you join after January, the fee will be prorated to the month in which you become a member.

Affiliate members get a fixed fee and a three-year commitment.

The application format must be completed and submitted. Then, the CEOs of the member airlines review the application and vote. This process takes about 15 days.
If the request is accepted, the invoice is sent for the annual fee.

An announcement of membership is made in all ALTA media and begins to enjoy the benefits of membership.
