The ALTA Award – Periodismo de Altura, promoted by the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association, aims to encourage, promote, support, and celebrate journalistic work that broadens knowledge of the aviation sector, its implications, and its contribution to the economy, politics, society, and culture of the countries in the region.

The third edition of the award, whose ceremony will take place during the ALTA AGM & Airline Leaders Forum 2025 in Lima, Peru, will recognize media professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean who have produced and published works in written (print and digital) and audiovisual media that address competitiveness in the aviation sector.

Entries are open from July 21, 2025, to September 1, 2025.
