MINI MEETINGS GUIDE
Learn step by step how to manage your Mini Meetings within the CCMA & MRO 2026 platform.

Go to Schedule your Mini Meetings and select Add Mini Meetings from the navigation bar.

In the table listing, find the table of interest and click the button on the right side.

You will see the table information and its agenda with available slots.

Select a calendar slot to create the Mini Meeting.

In the creation confirmation window, press the "Confirm" button to create the Mini Meeting.

The Mini Meeting will be visible in the My Mini Meetings section and in your Agenda.

In the table list you will see the cards of a different color than the tables that have Mini Meetings.

When selecting the table, its description is displayed and we can see the selected slot on the calendar.

Clicking on the slot shows us the confirmation dialog to delete the Mini Meetings.

Confirm the action by pressing the Cancel button.

Attention: This action is irreversible. The Mini meetings will be deleted and will no longer be visible.

After creating your Mini Meetings, by pressing the My Mini Meetings button we can view our meetings

The list shows each Mini Meeting with its date, time, airline, attendee and we have the actions of View Table
or delete it

From the list of Mini Meetings tables or from My Mini Meetings, click on the icon

This shows us the products or services offered that we select at the time of registration

We adjust and record by pressing the Update Profile button.

By modifying the values of your profile the matching with the tables will change.
