Felipe Villegas Gómez is an expert in energy regulation and market design, with more than two decades of experience advising on complex regulatory frameworks and energy market structures across Latin America. Since 2009, he has served as Director of Navitas Consultores SAS, leading highlevel advisory work for energy companies, financial institutions, government entities, and large industrial consumers on regulatory strategy, market entry, and investment decisions across multiple jurisdictions, including Peru and Mexico.
He is also Chief Operations Officer and shareholder of Smarten, an energy aggregator, where he is responsible for operational strategy, regulatory alignment, and market participation across diverse regulatory environments.
