CONSIDERATIONS:
- Airline registrations may qualify for complimentary conference registration, subject to the following conditions:
- ALTA members airline: Up to three (3) complimentary registrations per airline participating in mini meetings and up to one (1) complimentary registrations per airline participating in Technical Committee. If more than three participants are registered, ALTA reserves the right to approve further complimentary registrations.
- Non-ALTA airlines: Up to one (1) complimentary registration per airline. If more than one participant is registered, ALTA reserves the right to approve further complimentary registrations.
- Complimentary registrations are conditional upon participation during the entire event agenda, including but not limited to:
- 100% attendance at mini-meeting activities (if applicable),
- Supplier Airlines Club attendance
- Mandatory airline closed meetings,
- Supply Chain and Technical Committee meetings.
- Airline participants may qualify for complimentary and/or discounted hotel accommodation, subject to the date of registration confirmation and the type of registration selected, as outlined below.

- Airline participants registered before March 10 receive 3 complimentary nights.
- Airline participants registered before April 2 receive 2 complimentary nights.
- Airline participants registered before April 30 receive 1 complimentary night.

- Airline participants registered before April 30 receive 1 complimentary night.
Non-member airlines:
- Supply-chain attending Mini-meetings
- Airline participants registered before March 10 receive 3 complimentary nights.
- Airline participants registered before April 2 receive 2 complimentary nights.
- Airline participants registered before April 30 receive 1 complimentary night.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Airline/MRO participants attending mini-meetings as buyers must register under “Airline Buyer with Mini-Meetings.”
- Airline/MRO participants attending as service providers must register as “Suppliers.”
- Technical Committees reserve the right to restrict access to closed-door airline meetings.
- Suppliers may attend mini-meetings as business companions of another registered supplier (maximum two representatives per supplier).
Participants who receive complimentary benefits and do not comply with these conditions will be required to pay the full registration fee.
