Dear participant, we kindly remind you that the Hilton Cancun is an all-inclusive resort, and the hotel charges a day-pass fee for visitors who are not staying at the official venue. The preferential cost of the day-pass is $75 USD per day, and it is only available for 30 participants. This day-pass must be requested and paid in advance directly by contacting dlopez@icorporateevents.com . All day-passes shall be emitted previously to the 18/MAY/2025, as the hotel will not authorize the entry of any guests without it.
As taxis in Cancun are expensive, and Uber services are limited, we highly recommend staying at the official hotel, where we offer special rates for conference participants. However, if you choose to stay at a different property, please remember this information.
