CANCELLATION GUARANTEE

By paying a USD 149 guarantee fee in addition to the registration fee, this option will allow for a FULL REFUND of the registration cost in case of a cancellation, with written proof, due to illness of self or an inmediate family member or due to the death of an inmediate family member any time prior to April 16, 2025 at 09:00 Easterm Time. Cancellation Guarantee will NOT APPLY after this date.

In order to be protected against cancellations or changes, the CANCELLATION GUARANTEE may ONLY be purchased at the time of registration. Cancellation protection cannot be purchased after a registration has been completed.

SUNDAY ACTIVITIES

I wish to take part in the sport activities. The sports are an interactive social component of CCMA & MRO Conference where all delegates (airlines and suppliers) are invited to take part in any of these activities. Participation is free of charge for all registered attendees (suppliers, airlines and companions) except for the Golf Tournament that has a separate Green Fee. The teams and general organization will be determined during the CCMA & MRO Conference

TABLE TOPS

The Table Top Exhibition gives suppliers the opportunity to creatively display their productos and services. Airlines have a scheduled time before opening the floor to privately preview table top displays and vote for the most outstanding table top display.

Each participating supplier receives a skirted table, two chairs and one company sign with its logo.
