CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations are nonrefundable. Should any attendee wish to cancel or transfer a registration to another individual prior to the event, a written request must be sent via email to conferencesandmeetings@alta.aero. The cost to transfer a registration is USD $150 for non-members with no mini-meetings and USD $200 with mini-meetings. Registration transfers are complimentary for ALTA Members. ALTA will not waive any cancellation or transfer fees for non-members. ALTA reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses incurred because of said actions.
