The Pilot Training Committee Meeting will be held the first day, and airline members are invited to participate. To celebrate the first year from the Committee creation, our host airline Copa Airlines will be hosting the Committee Members to a tour to Copa’s Pilot Training facility located at Ciudad del Saber.
The second day will be a busy day of panel sessions, keynote speakers and networking that will provide all attendees the opportunity to connect and engage. The event will be held in Spanish and simultaneous translation will be available in English.
We will distribute a detailed agenda timely. This is the time to mark your calendars.
A land radiating with life, perfectly imperfect, and full of authenticity. Where Northern and Southern worlds connect, old and new worlds coexist, and cosmopolitan landscapes live in harmony with wild, untamed rainforests.
A country for those who seek beyond expectations, that dares you to see more. Taste more. Connect more. Feel more. A place for those who long more stimulation, connection and transformation. Panama is not the destination, but the journey to discover more of what truly matters.
Make more lasting memories through an explosion of inspiration and purpose. And let the spirit of Panama unlock a sense of belonging.
Panama. Live for More.
Established in September 2022, the Pilot Training Committee is composed of 73% of ALTA member airlines and aims to be the regional forum of discussion about the main challenges in pilot training and to work in solutions and initiatives to develop the right competencies that are required to conduct airline operations safely and efficiently, with focus on the well-being of the crews.
ALTA’s Pilot Training Connect is intended to be an educational and networking event that gathers airlines, regulators, ATO’s and industry, to present the latest trends in pilot training, share experiences and discuss challenges, to build relationships and create initiatives to enhance the way we train, and we think about training.
