Erin Lombardi
The Boeing Company
Erin Lombardi is senior manager for the Boeing Global Services Commercial Training Solutions Strategy and Business Development Team. Her team is responsible for influencing the future trajectory of Commercial Training Solutions through new business model development, go-to-market planning, customer engagement, and building and executing inorganic and regional strategies. Key efforts include owning the customer roll-out of competency-based training programs, launching new digital training tools and establishing global training partnerships to support training network growth.
Erin has held a variety of roles across the strategy function throughout her Boeing career. Her prior role was as senior manager of Boeing Global Services Commercial Strategy Team supporting Commercial Training Services, Modifications, Engineering Services and Specialty Products, where she developed and managed a team of strategy analysts acting as internal consultants in market analysis, definition of strategic objectives, and implementation of decisions into executable action plans. Before joining Boeing Global Services, Erin was part of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Product Strategy team as lead for airplane features, responsible for ensuring features competitiveness in aircraft campaigns and investment across the commercial airplane features portfolio.
Erin started her Boeing career with the Career Foundation program rotating through six areas of the business. Highlights include negotiating the American Airlines bankruptcy restructure, an international move to Italy to support 787 composite fuselage manufacturing, and supporting supply chain recovery at B/E Aerospace. This path ultimately led to the acquisition of EnCore Group and multiple supplier/industry partnerships.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University and her MBA from Washington State University.
