Aeronautical professional with 16 years of experience in the aviation industry, developing her career at Boliviana de Aviación (BoA) in operational, safety, instruction, training management, and human talent development areas.
Throughout her career, she has served as a Private Pilot, Cabin Crew Member, Chief Cabin Attendant, Cabin Inspector, and member of the Crew administrative area, gaining a comprehensive view of flight operations, people management, and the development of competencies among aeronautical personnel.
She currently serves as Instruction Coordinator at the Civil Aeronautical Training Center of Boliviana de Aviación, leading the planning, coordination, and monitoring of both internal and external training programs. Her experience includes the operational management of aeronautical courses, the development of training programs, participation in personnel selection processes, and the training of staff across various areas of the company, fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with industry standards.
She holds specialization and experience in Crew Resource Management (CRM), Safety Management System (SMS), and Instructional Techniques. She has also participated in strategic processes for the organization, including BoA's IOSA certification and the opening of new air routes.
Her work focuses on strengthening operational safety, the human factor, talent development, and excellence in aeronautical training as fundamental pillars for the sustainable development of aviation.
