The Airlines Private meetings will be held on Tuesday. These meetings serve as an opportunity for all ALTA airlines to meet to review and discuss safety projects, as well as to share the best practices. Sponsors will have the opportunity to do a short presentation (10 minutes) to all participants. The airline’s private meeting break may be purchased as a package (rate to be included if this is desired) or sold individually,

Sponsor Benefits:

• 1 conference registration included.
• The sponsor will have the opportunity to give a short presentation (10 minutes) to all participants.
• 1 tabletop outside the meeting ballroom to showcase Sponsor company for the entire conference.  (tabletop is optional) 
• Special invitation to the by invitation only Private Airline & Special Guests cocktail.
• Sponsor has the right to include a brochure or a marketing piece in attendee registration bag.  Marketing material(s) brochures cannot exceed 8 x 11in. Material must be sent directly to the host hotel.
