Traveling with a Companion? If you are traveling with a companion who has not registered, please process their registration at conferencesandmeetings@alta.aero Please note companions will only be able to participate in the social networking activities such as the Welcome cocktail reception on Sunday evening and the Gala Dinner on Monday.

We advise all participants to check with your local authorities' and the authorities in Cancun for travel requirements before your departure. We also recommend considering the option of purchasing international travel insurance and / coverage should you need help while traveling. Also, please check with your local Consulate for entry Visa requirement.

Your name badge and registration materials will be available for pick-up beginning Sunday October 22 at the hotel JW MARRIOTT CANCUN . Registration opens at 12:00PM. Badges will be required and must be worn at all conference activities.
