Registered companions are welcome to join us for the evening events and family day events only.
Please note registered companions’ are not allowed to attend any mini-meetings, general sessions, table top/exhibition areas, and/or any other closed events included in the agenda.
If you, or any of your partners/colleagues have been registered as a companion, but are planning to attend mini-meetings, visit the waiting room area, attend the general session, or participate in coffee breaks or table tops, please contact us at conferencesandmeetings@alta.aero so we can assist you in updating your registration.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS VISAS, Vaccine and other restrictions

We advise all participants to check with your local Brazilian embassies, consulates, and airlines for the latest travel requirements to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Visa for USA, Canada, and Australia citizens is currently not required due to the Decree 11.982/24.

Sports activities

You can still sign up for any of the 3 sports activities that will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024. Just pass by on Sunday to the Sports Activities tables located next to the Registration Area once you’ve pick up your badge.

The soccer tournament is scheduled to occur at the public beach area situated across the street from the hotel on the right side. The distance from the hotel’s main lobby to the beach is approximately 90 meters. The tournament will commence at 08:00 AM
It’s important to note that the sand on this beach may be compact.
For all beach soccer participants, we strongly advise wearing sneakers for better traction.
Spectators are welcome to join this exciting activity at any time! .

Be aware that this is a public area. We highly recommend avoiding bringing small personal valuables. Safety first!

The Volleyball tournament is scheduled to occur at the public beach area situated across the street from the hotel on the right side. The distance from the hotel’s main lobby to the beach is approximately 110 meters. The tournament will commence at 08:00 AM.
Spectators are welcome to join this exciting activity at any time! .

Be aware that this is a public area. We highly recommend avoiding bringing small personal valuables that might attract the attention of locals. Safety first!

The golf tournament will be held at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Golf Course, which was specifically constructed for the golf events during the 2016 Summer Olympics. This course is situated within the Marapendi Natural Reserve in the Barra da Tijuca area of Rio de Janeiro.
Players are requested to gather at the lobby near the motor lobby of the Windsor Barra Hotel at 06:30 AM.
As part of your registration, transportation, club rentals, and golf carts are all included.

Your name badge and registration materials will be available for pick up beginning Sunday, June 2 at the hotel WINDSOR BARRA HOTEL. Registration opens at 2:00PM. Badges will be required and must be worn at all conference activities.

During Sunday’s registration times, you can also pass by the Sport activities tables to sign up for Golf, Soccer or Volleyball or ask any questions you might have about the next day’s fun activities.
