Applicability of Policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The cancellation and transfer rights described herein apply solely and exclusively<\/strong> to participants who purchased cancellation insurance at the time of registration (\u201cInsured Participants\u201d). Participants who did not purchase cancellation insurance (\u201cNon-Insured Participants\u201d) are expressly excluded from the benefits of this policy.<\/p>

All requests for cancellation or registration transfer must be submitted in writing<\/strong> via email to conferencesandmeetings@alta.aero<\/strong><\/a> and are effective only upon written acknowledgment by ALTA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Insured Participants (Cancellation Insurance Purchased)<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Registration Transfers<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Non-Members: Registration transfers are permitted subject to a USD 150 transfer fee<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • ALTA Members: Registration transfers are permitted at no charge<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    Cancellations and Refunds<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Written cancellation requests received on or before March 15, 2026<\/strong>, are eligible for a refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee for non-members<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • ALTA Members are eligible for a full refund with no administrative fee<\/strong>, provided the cancellation request is received on or before March 15, 2026.<\/li>
    • No refunds or credits of any kind shall be issued after March 15, 2026<\/strong>, regardless of reason.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Non-Insured Participants (Cancellation Insurance Not Purchased)<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable<\/strong>, without exception, regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, force majeure, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Cancellation or transfer fees for non-members are non-waivable<\/strong> under any circumstances.<\/li>\n \t
      • ALTA reserves the unrestricted right to cancel, modify, postpone, or reschedule any program at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n \t
      • ALTA shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, any personal, travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with the event, including but not limited to airline tickets, lodging, or incidental costs.<\/li>\n \t
